Please note that there will be an increase in fees after July 31, 2007.

Registration fee for participants includes:

  • Admission to all scientific sessions
  • Refreshments during breaks
  • Admission to Farewell Cocktail on Friday, September 14, 2007
  • Admission to poster exhibition and technical exhibition
  • Congress material (delegate bag, final program, etc.)

Confirmation

Upon receipt of the registration and the corresponding payment, the congress office will mail a confirmation form to the participant which also serves as an invoice. Please show this confirmation of registration at the congress counter when picking up your congress materials.

Payment

When registering for SSP 2007, please arrange for payment of the registration fee. The mode of payment is by bank transfer.

Please note: in order to clearly identify your payment you have to provide us with your registration ID number (in the subject of the transfer form). You will find this number in the email you received as a registration confirmation and it is also shown when login in on the conference webpage.

Cancellation of Congress Participation / Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your congress participation, please notify the congress office in writing only. For cancellations by June 18, 2007, the registration fee will be fully refunded; a 75% refund will apply to requests received between June 18 and August 06, 2007; a 50% refund will apply to requests received between August 06 and September 03, 2007. After September 03, 2007, no refunds will be issued.
