General Information for Paper and Poster Sessions
Paper Session
Each paper session (including symposia) is limited to 75 min - please note the adapted duration. Each presentation is scheduled to last approximately 10 minutes and is assigned a 5 minutes discussion time, depending on the number of speakers.
Considering the tight schedule of the conference the keeping of this time limit is essential.
Equipment: All rooms are equipped with a computer (Windows) and a video projector (beamer).
The following extra devices can be provided upon request: overhead projector and video equipment.
Please let us know by e-mail no later than August 31, 2007 if you plan to use any of these devices.
Authors working with PowerPoint are kindly requested to bring their USB stick containing
their material to the assigned room 10 minutes prior to the beginning of their session.
We will not provide laser pointer.
Poster Session
Each poster presentation is assigned to one of two poster sessions taking place at different conference days.
Format: A0 panel format (841 x 1188 mm).
Set-up and dismantling: Poster can be mounted one hour prior to the assigned poster session. All posters must be removed within the hour following the end of the according session.
The congress organization is not responsible for posters which will not be removed.
Equipment: Fixation pins will be provided.
